WHO WE ARE

Mueller Worship is an extension of the discipleship program at Mueller College. We are a group of Years 6-12 students who love Jesus and want to glorify God through serving others.

WHY WE EXIST

Mueller Worship exists to GLORIFY God through GROWING young people in their faith and EQUIPPING them to SERVE others.

CONFERENCE

The Mueller Worship Conference is a yearly event designed to challenge students in their personal faith to then equip them to lead in their schools. It is open to all students in Years 7 to 12 who have a desire to see their schools transformed by the Gospel.

CONFERENCE PROGRAM

Thursday

4PMArrive Mueller College: check in and introductions.

5PMOpening Worship: Preparing our hearts and focusing on God is an important foundation to the weekend. We will spend time together in worship and preparing for what God will do in the next couple of days.

6PMConference Dinner: A time to set the vision for the weekend, get to know each other and have some fun over a meal.

7:30PM – Prayer & Worship: Where is Jesus in your life

Friday

7:15AM – Arrive Mueller: Breakfast at Mueller

8AMChapels: We will take a behind the scenes look at Friday’s Chapel preparations. Mueller Worship will be sound checking for Chapel and preparing the Middle and Senior Chapels. Take part in the Chapel prayer time and attend the Middle and Senior Chapels.

10:30AM – Morning Tea

11:10AM – Choose an Activity:

  • Attend a buddy class with a Mueller student
  • Chapel workshop; Chapel foundations
  • Attend Primary Chapel

1PM – Lunch

2PM – Optional activities:

  • Attend a buddy class with a Mueller student

6PM – Dinner & Youth Rally Carnival

7:45PM – Youth Rally Worship Party: a high energy youth worship night with games, a speaker and BIG worship.

FAQ

Who is running the conference?

The conference is run by Mueller College staff. Mueller is a P-12 school with 1800 students. The College is blessed with a vibrant student ministry through Chapels, prayer, and small groups. Mueller College is a ministry of Mueller Community Church, an evangelical church with a strong emphasis on worship and Bible teaching.

Who can attend the conference?

Students from Years 7 to 12 with a desire to see their schools transformed by the Gospel.

How much does it cost?

$40 per person. This will provide students with all meals and activities from Thursday’s arrival to Saturday’s departure, as listed in the program. Meals include 2 x breakfast, 2 x morning tea, 2 x lunch, 2 x afternoon tea, 3 x dinner. We understand schools will have transport costs, and as such, we have kept the meal cost to a minimum.

Is accommodation provided?

Schools will need to arrange their own accommodation. Mueller partners with Watson Park Convention Centre to provide affordable accommodation for the conference, if you would like more information about this opportunity click here.

Who supervises the students?

Each school will be responsible for sending adequate staff to supervise their own students. There will be ample Mueller staff, however each school will need to take its own supervisory responsibility.

How many students are expected to attend?

The 2024 Worship Conference was attended by 8 schools with over 200 students.

What workshops are on offer?

There will be a variety of workshops depending on the interest shown, which include, leadership, running a small group, leading worship, Alpha, Discipleship, sharing your faith, planning a Chapel, and music tech.

How do I register?

Step 1: fill in the Expression of Interest form online. Step 2: you will receive an email from us to work through the registration process.

When do registrations close?

Friday 7th February, 2025. We will need firm numbers by February 7th in order to prepare well for the conference.
